The unemployment rate in India is at the highest level in last 45 years. The condition of Educated Youth (Graduates) is even worst as the unemployment rate of educated youth in India is close to 36-37% (As per Government Data). Apart from unemployment, underemployment is also a serious issue. The condition of Muslim Youth is even worst as compared to overall scenario.

India’s present demographic scenario calls for increased focus on training the youth which will help them to get better jobs in the market. Helping or guiding someone to get good Job is the need of the hour.

We at Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) understand these issues and hence have been conducting Employability Training Programs (ETP) for the youth across the Country thereby benefitting 10,000+ students every year.

The Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 of India and is an institution which strives to empower Muslim Community through its various activities of Educational & Economic Empowerment.

AMP has introduced the concept of Employability Training Programme (ETP), wherein youth from across different colleges get trained in pre-employment preparation. It has been developed to assist job seekers to find the ‘Right job’ at the ‘Right place’ at the ‘Right time’ and to become the ‘Right Fit’ in a present-day modern organisation. It aims to create awareness and mentor young graduates who are aspiring to be professionals. The training is conducted by experienced corporate trainers from across the Country.

ETP Enhances Your Skills In the Following:

  • How to Find a Right Job.
  • How to Prepare an Effective Resume
  • How to Face an Interview

After ETP:

After ETP, we also provide the opportunity for participants to give interviews and get placements in various companies through Job Fairs and Job Drives. These initiatives are organized by AMP for candidates to help gain confidence and start their career paths.

ETP Way Forward:

Having its presence in 100+ Chapters and thousands of active members enable AMP to reach even the remotest corners of this vast country.
